Instructions for Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these goods are delivered together;

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods in one order and these goods are delivered separately.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to:

without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us about the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Depreciation of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• delivery of goods made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized;
• delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
• delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals except subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
• for sealed audio/video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed.

Special Policy for Perishable Products

Fresh food products such as fruits, vegetables, and other perishable groceries may deteriorate quickly.

Complaints regarding perishable products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

After this period, we cannot guarantee product quality and therefore refunds or replacements may not be possible.
