1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop:

By placing an order through this website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products
We sell food products, agricultural products, fruits, vegetables, and related grocery items through our online store.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustration purposes and may vary slightly depending on supplier or packaging updates.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process before completing the order.
5. Ordering Process
Customers place orders through the WooCommerce online shop at www.snmart.de.
After submitting an order, the customer receives an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
A binding purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer
• Other payment methods available during checkout
Payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be informed as soon as possible.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of TradeNexa EU until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
TradeNexa EU shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
However, according to §312g Abs.2 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Perishable goods
• Fresh fruits and vegetables
• Goods with a short expiration date
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

11. Governing Law
All legal relationships between the provider and the customer shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
